BAC's Honorary Council validated a six-axis strategy positioning blockchain and AI as national infrastructure for Cameroon's economic sovereignty.

Validated by the Conseil des Membres d'Honneur on 3 March 2026, the strategy connects concrete technical actions to national impact.

Giving regulators an independent technical counterpart and a supervised experimentation framework.

Making verifiable transparency a criterion of public spending and opening markets to local actors.

ITU/UIT AI regulatory sandbox

In May 2026, Cameroon's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL) confirmed, in a signed letter to BAC's National President, that the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is supporting MINPOSTEL in setting up an operational sandbox for government AI applications, under regulatory, ethical and security oversight.

BAC has delivered GBA-affiliated blockchain training since its founding, including a long-standing partnership with MINPOSTEL's training school.

A foundational certification course delivered in partnership with MINPOSTEL.

A GBA-branded consulting certification for professional and executive audiences.

BAC's 2026–2027 calendar organizes webinars, monthly meetups, and a year-end summit across four phases: Foundations & Activation, Sovereign AI & R&D, Industrial Integration, and Continental Leadership.
