Digital Sovereignty 2026–2029
BAC's Honorary Council validated a six-axis strategy positioning blockchain and AI as national infrastructure for Cameroon's economic sovereignty.

Validated by the Conseil des Membres d'Honneur on 3 March 2026, the strategy connects concrete technical actions to national impact.
ITU/UIT AI regulatory sandbox
In May 2026, Cameroon's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL) confirmed, in a signed letter to BAC's National President, that the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is supporting MINPOSTEL in setting up an operational sandbox for government AI applications, under regulatory, ethical and security oversight.

BAC has delivered GBA-affiliated blockchain training since its founding, including a long-standing partnership with MINPOSTEL's training school.
