Dr. Henri T. TAFOU 

President of the Board of Honorary Members

Dr. Henri TAFOU holds a PhD in Marketing and Advanced International Relations. He is the current Chairman and CEO and promoter of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Management Pigier Cameroun; director of several companies.

Dr. TAFOU has worked in France and Africa. In France he held the positions of: Internal consultant at the Compagnie de formation - Pigier, headquarters of the multinational Pigier in Paris located at 24 rue de Londres 75009 (key account cell), professor of marketing at the Institut Supérieur de Communication de Paris located 4 cité de Londres 75009 Paris, professor of Marketing at Pigier Versailles located at 2 imp du Débarcadère 78000 Versailles.

In Africa, he has experience as a creator and buyer of companies in difficulty, He has been successively: Regional Director of Mobil Oïl in Western Cameroon, Sales Advisor at AXA in Cameroon, Marketing Director at SAPI BIRINGER in Cameroon, Managing Director at Studio 3 in Cameroon, Managing Director and majority shareholder at Cambuc in Cameroon, Commercial Director and Professor of Marketing in Pigier - Ivory Coast, General Manager and Franchisee of Pigier Benin.

Alphonse NAFACK

1st Vice-President - Honorary Board Member

​​Alphonse Nafack is a Cameroonian banker and former Managing Director of Afriland First Bank. Well anchored in the corridors of finance in Cameroon, even in the sub-region, the former President of the Professional Association of Cameroonian Credit Institutions is also a major player in the educational sector of his country. He is promoter of JFN Hightech University Institute.


Alphonse Nafack has just over 25 years of career in finance, and has climbed all the steps. He started as a commitment controller and became Managing Director of Afriland First Bank in 2012. In 2015, he became its Managing Director. He replaces Alamine Ousmane Mey after his appointment as Minister of Finance of Cameroon. Alphonse Nafack was director of this financial institution for 10 years before leaving office in accordance with COBAC regulations.


He remains a shareholder and co-owner of the bank. From 2015 to 2022, he was President of APECCAM, the organization representing banks and financial institutions in Cameroon. A graduate of economics and ITB Paris (1986), this former executive of the former BICIC, a subsidiary of BNP, joined Afriland First Bank in 1993, where he has continued to evolve.


Member and administration of GICAM, leader and tireless builder, his great involvement in various corporations and institutions is symptomatic of his desire to contribute to the construction of an emerging Cameroon.


Alphonse Nafack is CEO of key institutions in the education sector in Cameroon. His reflection on the role of vocational training is nourished by the experiences of his three decades of investment in the sector. For him, education is a key weapon for changing society.


He began by investing in education by setting up a bilingual kindergarten-primary school, before building a bilingual college. Dancing to the same guitar tune, the native of the West Cameroon region will launch a university institute Jacky Felly Nafack Institute of Technology which will become in just a few years, JFN Hightech University Institute.



Noel Alain MEKULU MVONDO AKAME

​Noel Alain Olivier Mekulu Mvondo Akame is a Cameroonian civil servant appointed director of the CNPS (National Social Insurance Fund) by decree of the President of the Republic on April 7, 2008. He is a graduate of the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM ) as Principal Inspector of financial management.


His professional career began in 1985 at the Higher State Control of Cameroon as State Inspector and General Coordinator of Higher State Control. He then obtained the position of Deputy General Manager in charge of human resources management within the company Hévéa du Cameroun (HEVECAM). He returned to the administration in 2005 while being at the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon as project manager in the economic affairs division; post which he will leave later to take the direction of the CNPS where he manages approximately 3000 employees.


Since taking office at the CNPS, Olivier Mekulu Mvondo has delivered better results for the company. In ten years, annual operating expenses (excluding salaries) have been reduced by 76%, from 17 to less than 4 billion FCFA; and the asset portfolio jumped from nearly 85 billion in 2015 to more than 320 billion in 2019, including nearly 221 billion in liquid assets (nearly 180 billion in term deposits and 41 billion in bonds).

Valentin MBOZO'O

Valentin MBOZO'O has been Managing Director of the Groupement Interbancaire Monétique de l'Afrique Centrale (GIMAC) since November 20, 2012, an organization in charge of interbank electronic banking in the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa - CEMAC (Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad).


Before joining GIMAC, for twenty years, Valentin managed several IT entities and projects, particularly in the banking and electronic payment fields. For a dozen years in the interbank environment of CEMAC, with an active participation in the Reform of Systems and Means of Payment in Central Africa led by the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), he held the position Project Manager of the said Reform at the time of his appointment to GIMAC.


Engaged in social life, Valentin is a member of the National Order of Electrical Engineers of Cameroon (ONIGE), coach and teacher for twenty years of IT professions in schools and universities in Cameroon, and marketing by the Internet at ESSEC Douala.


Valentin is an engineer graduated from Telecoms & Management SudParis and holds a diploma of Advanced Studies in Design of Advanced Computer Systems from the CNAM of Paris.

Pr. Bell BITJOKA

Honorary Board Member

Pr BELL BITJOKA was born in 1979 in POUMA in Cameroon, he holds a PhD in technical sciences in security and protection of information and information systems and is a specialist in cryptology "science of secrecy".


He is a lecturer at the National Polytechnic School of Yaoundé, and his scientific interests revolve around issues of cybersecurity, the fight against cybercrime, cryptology, quantum computing and the information cycle. He has to his credit several scientific publications in international journals.

Prof. Dr. MBANG SAMA

​​Prof. Dr. Mbang holds a double engineering degree in mechanical engineering and computer engineering and a doctorate in modeling of intelligent systems and processes.


With approx. 23 years of experience in high-tech industry and a fifteen years university professor in industrial engineering and digital transformation in major universities in Europe, it is also a coach in agility, transformational leadership, development of organizations and innovation.


On a technical level, its areas of expertise are varied, fruits of long scientific and practical experience: Design, modeling and simulation of systems and twins digital, digitalization and digitization technologies (IoT, 3D Scan, 3D Printing, VR/AR, Data Sciences), Artificial Intelligence, Industry 4.0 (smart factory, Automation/Robotization, Supply Chains), network and infrastructure design
