The Context
In full expansion, the digital economy is a strategic sector of the economy and its contribution to the growth of States is not negligible. In Cameroon, digital represents a significant percentage of the value added created and its weight in the contribution to growth is greater than that of traditional sectors.
The Response
As the National Leading Blockchain and relatives' technologies organization in Cameroon, The Blockchain Association of Cameroon (BAC) is dedicated to raising awareness, provide support, and further adoption of digital currencies such as bitcoin, and blockchain technologies among Cameroon consumers, merchants, businesses, regulators, and policy makers; and to promote Education through training, research and certifications while supporting participation in Cameroonian, African and international partnerships and associations.

How is B.A.C. ORGANIZED ?
Local leaders usually mapped from multiple jurisdictions nationwide. Together, these units conduct open-access and member-only meetings and enable members to network and explore their interests as a local community or as members of global knowledge communities. B.A.C. global knowledge communities (Working Groups and Communities of Interest) are member-driven communities, providing cutting-edge research and knowledge on various topics.
